Arthur Rangel

Arthur Rangel, Managing Partner of Bluestone Partners, graduate of South Illinois University, has over 19 years of investment banking experience. Licensed 15 years with the N.A.S.D, which is regulated by the SEC. Arthur became a member of the Presidents Club and subsequently the Chairman’s Club where he was responsible for the most individual retail accounts in the firm, managing at one time over 1,000 individual investment portfolios.

Arthur has held senior positions with several securities firms with leadership positions in retail and institutional sales, operations, underwriting and syndication, financial compliance and general brokerage services. Recruited by D. Blech and Co. (an investment bank specialising in early stage and start-up biotechnology investments) where he was appointed as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales.

Appointed as Director of Corporate Finance acting for institutional clients in the technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and service sectors at Joseph Charles & Associates. Arthur has actively participated in identifying, structuring and funding over 100 equity transactions, providing over US$2 billion of growth capital for companies ranging from telecom and internet companies to start-up and early stage biotechnology companies.

Arthur has been active in the real estate sector, concentrating on investment and development opportunities in residential, commercial and hotel property. Arthur is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and Association of Independent Financial Advisors.

Pieter Vorenkamp

Pieter Vorenkamp is a Partner of Bluestone Partners and co-owner of The Dream Homes Group. He has a Baccalaureate in Economics from Brussels University and is fluent in Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish.

Pieter has over 15 years of experience in the property development industry. He began his career selling properties in Belgium and Spain, ultimately building a sales force of 15 people and in total, selling over 750 properties. He began his development career in Spain in 1995 and has since built and sold over 250 apartments and townhouses. In 2002, Pieter co-founded the Dreamhomes Group with David Honeyman.

David Honeyman

David Honeyman is a Managing Partner and co-owner of The Dream Homes Group.  David graduated from Edinburgh University in 1984 with an honours degree in law.

David moved to Spain in 1985 where he worked for Barratt Homes and later Wimpey Homes. He went on to become Marketing Director of Four Seasons Country Club Marbella, which was managed and owned by McInerney Homes Plc, Ireland’s largest and longest established house builder.

David was headhunted in 1996 by GCI Marketing to become Managing Director of their operations in South East Asia. GCI operated six very successful exhibition centres in the region, including the expanding markets of Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan and sold properties on Australia’s Gold Coast to clients across South East Asia.

David returned to Spain in 1998 and co-founded Viva Estates. Viva very quickly became the market leader on the Costa del Sol and in 2002 achieved sales commission revenue of over €30 million. In the same year, David left Viva to launch his own company, The Dream Homes Group, in partnership with Pieter Vorenkamp, himself a successful property developer in the same area.
